30-day returns

Return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact form with your order number. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.

Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to display the credit.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and personalized items are final sale. Products showing significant use may be refused.
